Password Reset

1. Student must present photo identification (preferably student ID card) to have their password manually reset. Christopher, Ivan, Igor, Rita, Judy, and Andy can manually reset passwords.
2. Have the student attempt to reset the password themselves. If the students cannot login and need to use one of the computers in the lab, sit them down at your work station computer and have them follow the steps to reset the password themselves.

Note: If a student has been locked out, their password has to be manually reset. The online password rest will not work. It is policy that if the student has been locked out, they have to come to the Information Commons in building 28 (here) in person to have their password reset. This cannot be done over the phone or via email.
